I need help finding someone?

Okay, so I graduated from high school last year, but on the day of graduation met this Amazing girl, (Her name's Tania Viera, just in case someone who knows her reads this.) Now, I know her full name, but still can't seem to find her, does anyone have any idea's of things I could try? I know it sounds weird, but I really want to meet this girl again.
