Dear Filipino countrymen : do you believe that USA is a blessing or a curse for our glory nation?

First of all thank you of recycling my question. Hmmmmp ! I think it is a curse because we follow them like dogs. If it is for me I would go the European way and since we were influenced over 400 years of the Spanish that makes sense for me as well.
