I am in PHX Arizona and I need some info on Show Low, Payson and Prescott. Plz email me the details. Thanks?

I live in North Phoenix and this is my 4th year in Arizona. I hate the summers in Phoenix Arizona. It is just too hot here. I am thinking of going up North to see how life is like over there. Here are the three cities that I am interested in Show Low, Payson, and Prescott. I need to know the averages high in temperature during the months of May to October in each of these areas and how sunny it is up there as compared to Phoenix. Also I am originally from New York. So I do love the city life. I like the lights and the action. I hate camping and I hate fishing and I certainly don't like mountain climbing and I am not a big fan of forest trees and Pine Trees and such. I also have a strong hate for flies, mosquitoes, Grhoppers, Crickets and other types of bugs. I think the reason we see a lot of these creatures in Phoenix is because it is too hot here. Anyways I need to know from the 3 cities above, which one has lots of shops and which one is more city like and which one has the least amount of bugs and the best temperatures especially this time of year. As much detail and information would be great appreciated. Thanks.
