Is there a longer version of the song Little People from Les Miserables that was cut from the play?

We have the tape Broadway Kids Sing Broadway and there is a Les Miserables medley. Part of the medley is Little People but a longer version then I remember from the play. I don't remember the exact lyrics but there was something in the chorus about "a sparrow in a hat makes a happy home" and something about the pope in Rome. I just wanted to know if there is a longer version that was cut from the play or it was written for the Broadway Kids to sing.
