Mummy rat is looking very warn out!?

Shes worn out from giving birth. Her giving birth at 2 months is the equivalent of a 12 year old human giving birth. Their bodies are just not ready. Shes very susceptible to becoming ill while she is so worn down, so make sure she is eating a good amount of food, and still getting extra protein. If the babies are still nursing you could nurse a few of them to take a bit of the load off of her. If not, just make sure you let her out for time away from the babies every day. It doesnt have to be long, maybe half an hour. This will hopefully give her some rest and strength. The only other option is taking the female babies out and putting them in their own cage for a few weeks. Good luck.
