Should I pay my doctor?

Since it's been more than a year, it's probably just an accounting issue at this point... they sent you a bill because it was there, unpaid... You are responsible, but maybe if you contact the doctor and remind him of his unprofessional behavior, he'll take care of it... worth a shot, imo.
