What is the normal salary for a chemist/lab technician in UAE/Middle east ?

HI , i am a chemistry graduate having four years experience in ytical field,,right now i am getting 3000 AED in abudhabi with Company accomodation,am feeling its very low,how much i can ask for my experience? please suggest
