Toy name? Rolling in plastic container to balance in cut-out holes?

Some of you might be familiar with this toy puzzle that Jeff Bridges tries to solve after the death of his son in the Tobey McGuire movie "Seabiscuit", but many more of us actually had these to play with. The point of the puzzle was to maneuver a little rolling ball [or ] into hole[s] cut out of an image, all encased in a small and shallow round plastic container. Ideas?
