Iron deficiency amenia???

i am tired all the time and can never sleep. It takes me hours to get to sleep, and i wake alot when i finally fall asleep. I have a headache 50% of my day at the front. I am out of breath if i walk up the street and i have stocmach aches and i am always craving to eat ice. What do i have, do i have ida? i am vegetraian and have been for 6 months. do i have to go to the doctor or can i just eat lots of iron. do i have mild or worse?
