LPN's and RN's which would be more easier to find a job?

If money and time is an issue, get your lpn certification after a year you can take an accelerated RN course. As an LPN usually the employer will reimburse you for a portion of your college tuition while attending a University for your RN. Either route is good. Nursing is highly in demand. RN''s of course get paid alot more and have more opportunities such as working in a hospital, home health, or even administration, or management. LPNs basically work in home health, nursing homes, or hospitals and are istants to the RN. LPNs make around 40k, and RN 60k.
