What meal plan sounds better for a freshmen in college?

Well it all depends on how much you eat really. They are both the same total price so I guess are you gonna be eating a lot of stuff on the go? or are the dining halls even that good, I'm sure they give you some leeway to change your mind, i know my school gives like 2 or 3 weeks after the semester starts for you to change your plan. See how the dining halls are and if they are any good, then go from there I guess.
