Is it just me or does Katie Holmes look ten years older than she should?

i mean she is a young woman and she looks like shes in her 30's. she use to dress so nice, but now she wears old lady clothes and is frumpy. has anyone else noticed this, or is it just me? she really looks like she she has a case of the Blah's.
