If I get divorced w/ 2 kids from an active duty airman, what am i entitled to. Is taking the kids kidnapping?

We have been married for 3 years. He is emotionally and mentally abusive. He said I could take the kids out of state and then said I could not. I have already made arrangements to take my children and get to a safer place. He scares me and has never hit me but gets violent. What am I entitled to? The Children? SOme of our belongings? He is not letting me use the car right now and says if I take the kids it is kidnapping. I am no angel, once we started having problems I had kissed another man. Is that going to mean I can't get the kids? He also says I am a neglectful mother. I do NOT feel like that is true. What can him knowing I did what I did do to affect my chances of getting the kids. He has also been proven to be mentally unstable but got cleared of that a few weeks ago. Does that help my chances in keeping my children?
